What if you could watch the market value of your home tick-by-tick, fluctuating tens of thousands of dollars every day?
What if it was so easy to buy/sell homes that transactions could be instantaneous, causing people to jump on opportunities they might not otherwise?
What if housing prices and indices were in your face all the time across your apps, web browsing and dinner table banter?
Would this create the conditions for a healthy market with healthy behavior?
Or would this create excesses, overtrading and price manipulation?
